Position:Technical R&D Engineer
Responsibilities:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Design, Automation, or a related field.
2. 3–5 years of experience in design or project management within the non-standard automation industry.
3. Proficient in mechanical principles, hydraulics, pneumatics, transmission systems, and design standardization.
4. Familiar with non-standard or automation equipment project management processes, with a solid understanding of industrial automation products.
5. Able to grasp industry technology trends and business developments, with unique insights into key technologies.
6. Strong planning, execution, communication, coordination, and team management skills, with problem analysis and resolution capability.
7. Excellent teamwork and communication abilities; aligned with the company’s operational philosophy; skilled in technical communication with clients; responsible, patient, and detail-oriented.
8. Candidates with experience in the marine industry are preferred.
Requirements:
1. Participate in client communication f projects, providing leadership constructive guidance on project planning, solution confirmation, technical clarification to meet customer needs.
2. Organize prepare preliminary project design plans, assess design deliverables at each stage, control costs throughout the process.
3. Review evaluate project technical design solutions, propose key technical recommendations, supervise their implementation.
4. Provide technical suppt to all cross-functional departments throughout the project development process.
5. Monit the operation of design projects to ensure effective implementation, continuously improve optimize technical challenges, establish a technical database.
6. Resolve maj technical issues during design construction phases, conduct technical reviews of design changes, approve modification proposals.
7. Address technical difficulties encountered in projects, lead the team to continuously enhance technical expertise knowledge to enhance technical expertise knowledge continuously.
8. Develop stardized departmental procedures, establish a modular component library, fm stardized design modules.
