With the continuous expansion of the company’s business, several new colleagues joined the BLUESPRING family in August. To help them quickly understand the company’s profile, corporate culture, and product knowledge, as well as become familiar with their roles and work processes, the company organized a two-day product training session from August 9 to 10, 2022.

With the continuous expansion of the company’s business, several new colleagues joined the BLUESPRING family in August. To help them quickly understand the company’s profile, corporate culture, and product knowledge, as well as become familiar with their roles and work processes, the company organized a two-day product training session from August 9 to 10, 2022.

On August 10, members from the Sales and Technical Departments visited the company’s warehouse for hands-on training. The Sales Manager introduced various accessories of the high-pressure cleaning machines, such as rotary nozzles, spray tips, hose connectors, adapters, secondary filters, and filter elements.

The team then studied the differences between the stainless-steel high-pressure cleaning machines and the carbon-steel coated models, comparing their size, appearance, performance, standard configuration, and functionality. Under the guidance of technical staff, new employees also learned about the structure and working principles of ultrasonic cleaners, the assembly and application of paint sprayers, and became familiar with water sandblasting equipment and the packaging and specifications of the company’s chemical products.

Finally, the new employees operated the high-pressure cleaning machines themselves under the supervision of engineers, experiencing the different cleaning effects of rotary, fan-shaped, and cylindrical nozzles.

The one-day training session was both intense and rewarding. Combining theoretical learning with practical exercises enabled new employees to gain a deep understanding of the company’s products, helping them quickly adapt to their roles, take on responsibilities, and integrate smoothly into the company’s collaborative and dynamic work environment.
