On May 16, 2020, we received an inquiry from our client PAN OCEAN and confirmed the order on the same day.

That afternoon, the goods were promptly loaded onto the truck, and our team departed from Qingdao to Zhoushan that evening for vessel delivery.

The team acted swiftly — completing the task for Zhoushan that evening to deliver them to the vessel, handling the loading and dispatching process within the same day — demonstrating our strong responsiveness and efficiency.

Despite heavy rain during the overnight drive, they pressed on without hesitation. Upon arrival at the port on May 17, our staff, after prior coordination with the receiving personnel, arranged for immediate unloading and transfer to the barge. Without taking a break, the team continued with the shipment process.

In close coordination between the company and the on-site team, it was decided to accompany and supervise the delivery process to ensure smooth vessel supply. 

Finally, at 2:00 a.m. on May 18, 2020, with the support of all parties involved, the goods were successfully delivered onboard.

That evening, the team began their return journey, marking the successful completion of the mission.
